McCailyn Lowry is a Dallas-based SFX and makeup artist who graduated from Makeup Designory in Burbank, California, in 2022. Her art is a compilation of her love for the weird and unusual, as well as the beauty innate in all humans. She specializes in special effects makeup application and SFX blood rigging for film and TV, editorial, and beauty makeup. McCailyn can also provide live casts, light props, and various sorts of gags. She is currently advancing into sculpting, masks, and prosthetic molding and casting. She hopes to inspire young artists to find new ways to create and keep creating.
